Srinagar, Jul 28 : Srinagar Today Marked the Third Hottest day as the temperature rose up to 36.2 degrees Celsius causing another of the worrisome heat wave across the city .
As per the Meterological Department (MeT), today was the most hottest day of summers so far.
Rising temperature has caused a havoc in the lives of the people of the city ; mostly affecting the daily wager community .While interacting with one of the drivers in Srinagar, he said how this scorching heat has affected their livelihood ; as people prefer not to wander outside during the hottest hours of the day, shrinking their income .
The record breaking high temperatures were recorded in Qazigund and Kokernag, areas of Anantnag as well, exceeding the previous highest records.
