In this Regard we have so Many times Requested jkbank officials to come out with a special OTS scheme with a cap upto 50cr with the Repayment schedule of At least two years so that every suffering Borrower will be able to sell there ancestors property to clear there Debts.
But how unfortunately unfortunate is this jkbank is not in a Mood to give some sought of Relief to the genuine Traders who’s Business suffered Badly from 2019 and Following by pandemic lock downs.
Instead of giving them any sort of solutions jkbank is taking every Harsh steps possible to Harrsing them and taking posssesions of Residential Houses and throw on Road the family members of a Borrower while they where elderly persons,woman or Milk feeding child’s they totally show no Mercy.
We have come up to them through print Media,Electronic media,social Media to pass on our crystal clear message that the condition of the Markets is totally down and the buyer for the properties is not available due to immense cash crunch.How unjustified is this if all the borrowers are trying there level Best to sell there properties and to settle there Debts but there is no buyer for the properties and Bank dosnt understand this and keep taking posssesions and make them shelter less.
We must Remind them that the borrower who is NPA today was a valuable customer and you have earned crores of Rupees from them only and today they need ur support and you through them on Road.
We will not let it Happen there is only one solution two years Repayment schedule and OTS with out Any Riders should be brought On immediate basis.
If there will be any discrimination in our Demand of Repayment schedule or Riders the issue will continue likewise it is on today.This is the only and only solution for once and all.
Banks Wil able To recover there debts and Borrower will be out of Debt Trap viz A viz fruitful for both the parties.
Our federation is only based on truth and we stand with every borrower who is unheard from everywhere this platform is for those voiceless people.
Not like other organizations who are only to benefit there own members only.
In this regard we request all the borrowers who are in a Debt trap kindly do contact with our team we ensure we will let no Stone unturned to highlight your issues for there permanent redressals.
In conclusion remarks imtiyaz Ahmad Malik urged jkb officials to leave the arrogant behavior with there genuine borrowers and provide them one time settlement scheme with the Repayment period of two years without delaying further without Riders and close this chapter once for all.
Let’s move and focus towards prosperity and success these previous NPA cases are back lock which they gone by unprecedented circumstances which was beyond there control so provide them the proper chance to settle Debts with jkbank.
We are hopefull and optimistic jkbank officials will seriously come with positive scheme which is the need of the Hour.
