Srinagar, Sep 21 With electioneering picking up momentum in Central and North Kashmir, former Deputy Chief Minister and Parliamentarian Muzaffer Hussain Baig will be presenting his plans and programs for the twin constituencies of Baramulla and Wagoora-Kreeri, where he and his spouse, Safina Baig, are contesting elections independently.
A close aide of Mr. Baig told that he would be addressing a press conference in Baramulla at 11 a.m., during which he will issue the manifesto for both constituencies, along with making some other important announcements.
