Gunshots Heard in Upper Reaches of Harwan-Tral Axis

Srinagar, Dec 02 : Gunshots were reported late Monday night in the upper reaches of the Harwan-Tral axis, according to officials.

An official informed Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that multiple gunshots were heard in the region.

The official added that during a search operation, when security forces approached the suspected area, the militants opened fire, prompting a retaliatory response.

The area has been cordoned off by security forces, and the operation is ongoing—KNO.
