According to an official order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, with the approval of the Competent Authority, Vijay Kumar, an IPS officer from the 1997 batch, has been moved from Jammu and Kashmir to the Delhi AGMUT cadre. The transfer takes effect immediately and will remain in place until further notice.
