Employee Dies After Slipping in Charar-i-Shareef

Srinagar, November 17 : A government employee tragically lost his life after slipping in the Charar-i-Shareef area of Budgam district on Sunday.

According to officials, the employee, who worked with the Soil Management Department, reportedly slipped near the Wazabag forest nursery, leading to his instant death.

The deceased has been identified as Farooq Ahmad Kumar. The exact reason for the slip was not immediately known at the time of this report.

Meanwhile, the police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the incident.
