Srinagar, Jan 05: A heartbreaking incident unfolded in the Pandrathan area of Srinagar on Sunday evening, where a family of five, including parents and their three children, tragically passed away due to suffocation.
Officials revealed that the family, originally from Baramulla, had been living in a rented home in Pandrathan. Late at night, all five members became unconscious due to suffocation.
They were rushed to a hospital, but medical professionals confirmed that they had already passed away before arrival.
While the identities of the deceased have not yet been disclosed, the police have launched an investigation to uncover the details of this tragic event.
