Two Killed as Boulders Crash Into Scorpio on Surankote-Poonch Highway

Poonch, Feb 27: Two people lost their lives when a boulder struck a Scorpio vehicle near Dherian Ziarat on the Surankote-Poonch Highway on Thursday.

Officials informed that continuous shooting stones in the area led to the tragic incident. Despite the swift response of rescue teams, both occupants had already succumbed to their injuries.

Authorities have launched an operation as the falling stones continue to pose a threat to commuters. Travelers are advised to proceed with caution while passing through the affected route. (TKA)
