Ramban, Jan 10 : Two individuals lost their lives when a truck carrying iron skidded off the National Highway and plunged into a gorge near Battery Chasma late Thursday night.
Authorities informed TKA News that rescue teams were dispatched immediately after the incident, and the bodies were retrieved on Friday morning.
The identities of the deceased are yet to be confirmed. The truck, with registration number JK04E-9110, was transporting iron at the time of the accident.
Officials stated that an investigation has been initiated to determine the cause of the mishap.
